Architectural Review Committee ("ARC")...
- ARC has the responsibility for ensuring houses and landscaping are maintained in an attractive manner. ARC utilizes "Architectural Guidelines" from our Covenants to enforce design aspects fairly and consistently. Any changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved by ARC before work has begun. Please complete and submit an "ARC Exterior Change Request" form, including specifications, drawings and other information needed by ARC to determine compliance with the guidelines. To obtain a copy of the form, please click on the following link: ARC Exterior Change Request . The form contains information for submitting your form to ARC.
Pet Owners...
- PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY AND CLEANUP AFTER YOUR PET
- The Buncombe County Animal Ordinance #03-11-12, Section 6-76 (a). mandates "Every person owning or having possession, charge, care, custody or control of any animal shall keep such animal exclusively upon his premises. However, such animal may be off such premises if it is under the control of a competent person and restrained by a chain, leash, harness or other means of physical control."
Street Parking...
- Overnight street parking is restricted to visitors only with a maximum of three (3) consecutive days. If you have a guest who will be staying at your home for more than three days, please notify IPM. Overnight visitors should be instructed to park on the side of the street opposite fire hydrants. The HOA encourages homeowners to allow their guests to park in their driveway, if possible.
- Overnight street parking for homeowners/renters is prohibited as stated in our “Summary of Rules and Regulations”.
