HOA Documents



Hadley Park is a deed restricted community consisting of 67 residential homes.  It is governed by "Bylaws" and "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions".  These documents are registered with the state of North Carolina.  A duly elected Board of Directors represent the Homeowners Association and are empowered to enforce all restrictions.  All Board members are volunteers from the community.
