Vehicles and Parking
Street parking, except for approved temporary parking, should not exceed three (3) consecutive days, Boats, motor homes, travel trailers or other recreational vehicles may not be stored on any Lot, unless the same be within an enclosed garage.
Homeowner/Renter ("Resident")
Guests ("Visitors")
- Residents who park a vehicle overnight in the street without prior notification to IPM will be subject to a fine.
- Any resident renting a POD for moving purposes must notify IPM prior to rental. PODS must be parked in the driveway ONLY.
- Each resident is allotted 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway).
- No vehicles are permitted on any Lot in any location other than the driveway and garage.
- Parking is prohibited on yards and/or grassy areas.
- Blocking a neighbor's driveway or mailbox is prohibited.
- Briar Creek Way turn around is strictly reserved for guest parking.
- Parents meeting school buses are required to park 20 feet from the stop signs at the intersections of Hadley Park Way/Ledbetter Road and Hollow Crest Way/Ledbetter Road
- Residents are responsible for contacting IPM if they are having overnight visitors.
- Overnight visitors should be instructed to park in the driveway where they are staying.
- Overnight street parking is allowed for visitors but is restricted to a maximum of 3 consecutive days.
- Residents are responsible for contacting IPM if their overnight visitors require more parking days.
- Overflow and visitor parking is restricted to the parking spaces indicated in green on the chart below.
- Visitors are prohibited from blocking driveways and mailboxes.
- For Safety purposes, visitors are prohibited from blocking or parking close to the entrances into Hadley Park on Hadley Park Way and Hollow Crest Way.
- Anyone who parks in the street and restricts easy access for emergency vehicles will be fined by the Fire Marshal.
